Install Drawing Pad+ Pro app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Drawing Pad+ Pro on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Drawing Pad+ Pro"
The search will reveal the Drawing Pad+ Pro app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Drawing Pad+ Pro is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Drawing Pad+ Pro.

Pen accuracy

Pen accuracy could be improved. Some instructions on tracing and how to do it would be nice. I have found the app helpful. I have found no instructions though on how to use it for tracing, something touted by the preview and the real reason I bought the app. After latest update, app crashes on save. No longer so useful. Lucky I have another app that works.

Crashes when saving. Luckily I created a similar idea sketch in need another app. Cross hairs help when using a pen tool. Erase works. Undo was hit or miss. Laggy if trying to write text on the app. Glad it was only $.99.
Lost work on save

After spending a Great deal of time I finally got the dryer I wanted. I pressed save and it disappeared, was not saved, and all my work was lost. I have the latest iPad Pro and I’m using an Apple Pencil and I have plenty of storage.
Very useful, but needs one major fix

With the exception of the pen accuracy issue, the the app pen vs where I am actually pointing I echo with many other reviewers that this is a great app. I use it as a way to annotate on photos. Photos mostly like automotive parts or in house construction projects. I list various measurements or circle an area to point out things to remember. I hope very much the pen accuracy is fixed soon with a future update. This issue does cause much frustration if there is allot I wish to annotate. Also I hope future updates will include an option to just enter keyboard text. So I can only give three stars but would change it FIVE STARS if those suggestions I listed are incorporated. Last, who created the detail of the horse the app shown in the app information images? Given the pen in accuracy issue, I find it hard to believe that someone could have used this app to create it.
