Quick and useful for planning the day

Not only does the app sit in my doc with a simple icon giving the general nature of the the app outside, but an always present temperature lets me glance down without having to open the ap. If it suggests rain, or simply looks cloudy out, I can open it up and see the percent chance of rain broken down by two hour chuncks (also temp, wind, direction, and humidity), which lets me inform my son’s and wife’s trips to school and work as well as my own. It offers 7 day forcasts as well for weekend and the like planning. Fast, simple and has what I need to know right there. Expands and contracts quickly, letting me drill down into times if I care, or simply note if I need a jacket or umbrella right now, or will later in the day. Had it for ages.

As an art director I especially like the animated visual clues for the daily the app. Features I’d like to see added would be the ability to view the app at the top of the screen in the menu bar (as it stands now you can only view the app in the dock, which in my case is usually hidden). And it would be nice to see a more defined separation line between the days (right now there is a separation but it’s very faint). Both these wish list items would be nice to have, but even without them, this is a great the app app and a stand out in its category (I’ve tried many and this by far is the best). Highly recommended.

I've tried many the app apps and have settled on this one as being the best. It gives you all of the info you need in a design that makes it easy to read and increases it usefulness. Most importantly I found their customer service to be SUPERB !!!!! Last night, I submitted a question and within hours I had a response asking for some more info. I sent in my answer and within hours I had another response that took care of my problem . I was shocked - I have never had such responsiveness. Living in the PNW, USA, with Weather Dock

I have tried many the app programs over the years. Have been disappointed eventually, with all of them. Living in western Washington State, our the app changes hourly. This program has come the closest to accurately foretelling the app patterns. This program provides a lot of bells and whistles for its price and simplicity. It can reside on the bar, allowing you to just glance down to see the current temperature. With a click, it opens to full screen. The program is regularly updated. I would and do, recommend this app to all my friends.
