Coolness
By Psaina (Pcmac user)
I like this speaker. I have another app with her voice & it relaxes me too. Been using this for 3 weeks, and though I don't feel in complete mastery of my dreams, I had a hilarious one last night that I felt like I was actively participating in. Definitely use headphones though--better quality ones if you have them.

Identical to "Lucid Dreams" app
By bitchinmona (Pcmac user)
Sadly, I already own the American English version of this app with the script read by an American male instead of a British female.
I've found the other app to be pretty effective helping me sleep and my dreams are more vivid, and when I think back on the content of my dreams I recognize points when I should have realized it was a the app dream but that I failed to act upon.
I think this app is effective, though I've just re-purchased the same app I listen to every night.

Yes and No
By Manasseh57 (Pcmac user)
Yes, this app will put you to sleep but no, it will not initiate the app DREAMS.
I got the app so that I could have the app DREAMS. After a week or so of using the app I still wasn't having the app DREAMS but I was falling asleep. This app is great for putting a person to sleep but not for initiating the app Dreams.
If you want to have the app DREAMS this is what has worked me for me WITHOUT FAIL. A banana and a cup of unsweetened chamomile tea. You don't have to eat the whole banana, just a quarter of it or a third.
Do this within an hour of going to bed.
My dreams have been so real, I didn't realize I was sleeping until after I woke up. I am attempting to look for clues in the LD that will cue my dream self that I am dreaming. Then I will be able to "develop" the dream the way I choose to develop it.
The LD's seem short. I am researching ways to extend the length of the dreams in a natural and safe way.

Though it never really does what it says for me... I still don't really dream or remember them. But I fall asleep so much easier and most of the time stay asleep now. I really like the other programs in it too. It is so relaxing and so easy to get into. Even if it only helps you fall asleep it's so well worth the app.
