Install Emoji Factory - Emoticon Icon Maker app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

This allows you to simply create emojis that I can already find on my the app keyboard. I want an app that lets me truly customize my emojis, to do this, the app needs to have a plethora of facial combinations. I was highly disappointed and glad that it was free because even 99 cents would be way too much for this. As it is, I'm upset I wasted my time downloading it.

I literally just got this app,as soon as I opened it,I glitched back to my home page. DO NOT GET THIS. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME. It actually makes me sad!! 😿
