I loved the options and the diverse array of hair and clothes. However , my concern is the skin tones . There was a million super pale skin tones . I'm half Filipino so , I'm pretty tan . When I tried to make myself , the skin tones that appeared tan were no different than the "original"pale one . I also found a major problem with the dark skin tones . I wanted to make my friend, who is African American. I selected a beautiful dark skin tone and , it looked AUBURN RED . I tried multiple different options and even tried making my own but , it kept on coming out orange . I had smaller concerns and problems with the eyes and hair . I have hazel eyes and , finding that color was super hard . I eventually found and eye shape and color that pleased me but , my the app was still really pale . I also had problems with my hair color . All the brown hair options were super light and of Caucasian properties. I tried to darken it up and found a few options that did please me but , not much . I'm still extremely disappointed by the lack of beautiful ethnic features in this app . I couldn't find my friend's gorgeous dark skin and eyes . I hope this problem is soon fixed .

Honestly, it’s what it advertised and it’s pretty okay. I have several complaints, first of all what the actual hell with the skin tones? They only options are to make the character pale, not hispanic or black. I found it very unfair and rude. The shading was great with the outfits and character, overall great art but not stylized. If I made a game (which is not easy so high-five to the maker) I would make my own art style instead of the whole “anime style”. The anime style is very appealing but, it gets old. Lots of great outfit designs (yellow top with white polkadots was my favorite!) When I was looking at the App Store and came upon this, I was pretty excited, I am an artist and I was excited to find good outfits and create characters so it can be easier with character design. But no, it can be used as what I intended but definitely won’t be using again. I deleted the app after creating one character, honestly just download “gacha life” it’s very easy and you can make characters very fast, Don’t even complain about the community it has nothing to do with the app. I wouldn’t recommend this app that much but, with some more customization it can be 5/5!
Addressing “lack of ethnic options”

Some other people that left reviews about this app are making it seem like it’s hard to find darker/non-white skin, hair, and eye choices, but that’s completely false. You can literally use a color wheel (at the bottom of the color selections) where you can tweak all of these things to whatever color you want if the presets (which also include “ethnic” options) are not to your liking. That being cleared up, people are saying that a lot of the assets in this game are stolen from another game. There are lots of options and I haven’t looked into that other game at all to see if that’s true or if the creators are linked, etc. There are occasional ads, but I get that apps can take time and money to run or list on the App Store. That part’s not really a big issue. One other thing about the coloring of different features of the the app is that the coloring just sort of filters over the original part (which I think may be why others have been confused), which is a little annoying to work around, but if you just mess around with the color wheel, I’m sure you can find what suits you.

Overall this is a great the app making game! But most reviews are about the skin tones and how they don’t work that well...but I have a different concern. When you look at other people’s characters you can “like” or “edit”. I thought “edit” was just for when you want to do something similar or see what something was. But this morning I got on and I saw someone went into “Edit” on my character and uploaded it to there page. So it showed mine but it said “By:” and then there name. I was really annoyed about it but then I saw this to! She had way more likes than mine! And they are both the same!! If you don’t want to get rid of this feature then at least make it so your project doesn’t go to the sever. Thank you for reading. -BlueSky
