Install Shady Side app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Shady Side on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Shady Side"
- The search will reveal the Shady Side app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Shady Side is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Shady Side.
- Now enjoy Shady Side on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Shady Side Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Shady Side,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Shady Side" » then Click "Install".
- Shady Side will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Kind of useless for students...

The app allows you to log in to your account, but does nothing after that. Half of the pages are just links that open in safari. If they could somehow incorporate teacher pages and the student portal into the app, or even make a dedicated app for that, it would get 5 stars. Right now, however, it is pretty much useless for students.
