Software Features and Description

1. This C-Scope application provides mobile users with secure, near real-time access to the Common Operational Picture/VTS Traffic Image provided by Kongsberg Norcontrol maritime surveillance systems.

2. Objects are portrayed according to configurable information collected by the C-Scope maritime surveillance system together with a variety of maps and charts including electronic navigation charts (S-57).

3. Typical user groups include VTS Managers, Harbour Masters, Pilots, Tug Masters, Mooring gangs, Port Facility Security Officers, Incident management teams, quick reaction forces, senior commanders, etc.

4. Objects (vessels, craft, buoys, etc) are detected and tracked by various sensors including radar, AIS, electro-optics, sonar, etc that are deployed in the operational area.

5. This is the perfect addition to any Kongsberg Norcontrol maritime surveillance system.

Install C-Scope app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using C-Scope on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "C-Scope"
The search will reveal the C-Scope app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once C-Scope is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including C-Scope.
Now enjoy C-Scope on PC.
