This is not the updated version. (Not 9th edition.) Why buy an outdated app? I don't recommend it until they update it to the 9th. There is another free MPEP app -- not 9th edition either but it is free and works much better! The free app does not let you keep bookmarks though. Bookmarks might be the only minor benefit of this app. Please update to 9th!!! Thanks.
Menu can't be removed, can't highlight

You can bookmark, but can't highlight text. Not optimized for iPad Pro. Poor app. Not recommended.

MPEP version is old. It does not include any AIA changes. The application is very slow. Loading mpep web pages from USPTO is much faster and you would also get latest version from USPTO website, not this very old version. Do not buy.
