What is File Locker?

The Lock It! app is a tool that provides double protection to important files and folders. It allows users to lock and hide files and folders to prevent accidental modification or deletion. The app supports batch lock/unlock/hide/unhide of any number of files and folders quickly.

1. if you locked files/folders while hiding them, when you try to delete them, or try to empty them from trash, the system will prompt you that files and folders are locked, thus prevent accidental deletion of important data.

8. Enter "password Hint" , then enter password and confirm it.

I don have my files anymore!!!

When I put all my files into this app and I selected hide and all then I clicked lock nothing happened!!! Then I closed the app then I opened it again and all my files were gone!!! Then I clicked finder and I didn't find my files!!! Were they deleted or something?! Help me to return them!

Great the app put all your secret stuff in here i keep my ddos software in here personally. To set a password click the this app thing in top left corner and hit preferences. It should take you to the password thing and you can set it up. I think the app store needs more of these apps. It can also hide your stuff and not lock it so if you forget your password it is hidden so if you cant get into it no one can. Very helpful app just confusing to use at first. The submit button is useless.

I was a little disapointed after I tried using the program to see my files were gone, but I wasnt reading the directions right. To unhide files, you click on the + button and select the folder where your files were originally from. Then click open, and uncheck the hide tab and press unlock. Boom! you have your files back
Does not work any longer

I have this app 2.9 and until recently it was working well, albeit very slow. Now for some unknown reason, it just will not work. The app’s main screen comes on, and that’s about it.
