Top Pcmac Reviews

  • Now one of the worst

    By racote (Pcmac user)

The Herald App for years was one of the most solid and reliable. Now, with the current version, it’s a cr@p shoot if you’ll get your morning read before noon. And that’s usually after a call to customer service. The customer service people at the Herald are nice, but it would be more convenient to go to the local library and read the paper.
  • Very poor app

    By Irishmkm (Pcmac user)

Will not let me log on. Asks for duplicate payment every time I log on despite being paid up. Poor design and functionality. I am done with this until they get serious about serving customers better
  • Hangs waiting to update previous purchases

By Kenk from ma (Pcmac user)

This app continues to be junk. Now it just hangs forever. I have been a herald subscriber one way or another for over 30 years. Time to cancel.
  • Can't sign in

    By PowerBookMac (Pcmac user)

Won't let me log in on a new iPad after having logged out on an old one, and the error message says only "Too Many Activations" ... Whoever is in charge, tell your developers to be more helpful
