Very motivating

Amy has created a full set of self-hypnosis apps and I have finally purchased the complete set after using the No More Excuses and the app Charge apps and a few others over the course of the last year. I have used self-hypnosis and guided imagery exercises off and on for over thirty years, since they were just taught in classes and recorded on audio tapes. I have been waiting a long time to find a set so complete and motivating. Amy has an extremely soothing, kind, and yet "the app charge" voice. You can tell that she wants the best for you and that the direction is full of heart along with strength of purpose. I am grateful for Amy Applebaum and highly recommend her sessions. They keep me motivated and on track. Thank you.
I am feeling a difference...

I have been using this every night for about two weeks. I have four different topics and I am feeling a difference and I feel like it is working. I am finding it very easy to "go under" hypnosis and it relaxes me at night so I can fall asleep. It may just be mind over matter however if its truly working it will change my life which is all that matters.
Disappointed

The production quality ruins the program. I get nice and relaxed during the induction, but then the main part starts and it is a lot louder, which jolts me out of my relaxation. Even turning it down doesn't help, because it is still a drastic change. Knowing that it is coming doesn't help either, as I now tend to spend more time thinking about that then getting relaxed. Very disappointed.

I have several hypnosis apps and other Hypnosis tools, but the app charge is giving me the most anxiety relief of all the other 15 to 20 that I own. The app works so quickly that I am truly unaware when it takes over.
