Install ACT Photo app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using ACT Photo on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ACT Photo"
- The search will reveal the ACT Photo app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once ACT Photo is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ACT Photo.
- Now enjoy ACT Photo on PC.

I always found it so unacceptable that most of the most critical websites that are required for day to day life are often most of the most effortless and horrible websites around and often look like they are from the early 90’s and this is no acception as if sighing up for the the app on their god awful website wasn’t bad enough I was delighted by a screen full of errors when trying to upload my picture only to discover that apparently being able to upload an image directly from the website must have been too much work for the programmers so I have to download this app just to be able to upload 1 picture and then I am prompted to log out that’s it the entire app done in just under a minute absolutely terrible and huge waste of my time

ACT APP IS HORRIBLE

So I have an IPhone. To be able to register for the the app, I had to download this app so I could upload my picture. I had a friend take a few of me, went home to upload my photo. It clearly says that you can either take a picture, or upload one from your camera roll.
WRONG! You can only take a picture, not choose one from the camera! Um and a selfie won’t work. So being that I was by myself, I could not upload the photo on my camera. Just a heads up for anyone else out there.

This app does not work at all for me. It doesn’t give me an option to upload photos or to even take them. As someone who works in a school system and is trying to sign up multiple kids for the the app/upload their photos, this is a very big issue for me. I can’t understand why the app can’t resolve these issues and provide an actual functioning app, especially since you can no longer upload to their website 🙃

I did 1 star so people would realize what they are doing wrong

Click settings, scroll down to this app app and tap on it, click the slider to allow the app to access camera. Now the app will work as programmed. Hopefully I have spared you some lost hair over using this app. 🤙 Also you need to be patient; It takes a minute or two for it to upload. If you stop it you will have to take another photograph.
