2. Wheel of Wits for the iPad is the companion app to the highly engaging, vocabulary and concept building game, Wheel of Wits for the Mac.
3. The Mac app manages game play, allowing students to write on the whiteboard and spin the wheel on the iPad app.

Download and install the Wheel of Wits app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Wheel of Wits on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Wheel of Wits"
- The search will reveal the Wheel of Wits app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Wheel of Wits is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Wheel of Wits.
- Now enjoy Wheel of Wits on PC.

To get Wheel of Wits on Windows 11, check if there's a native Wheel of Wits Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Wheel of Wits:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Wheel of Wits" » Click "Install" to install Wheel of Wits
- Wheel of Wits will now be available on your windows start-menu.

My Students Loved It!

I used this game as a review of the important words the students had learned during the week, and they loved it! I like the idea that you can use the game to question students before they spin the the app, as this seems to keep students highly engaged, and allows for additional practice of critical skills. It takes a bit of planning to keep all students involved during game play, but what engaging lesson doesn't? I can see this game will be a valuable resource to use during those days before long breaks as this is a time when a lot or my students have tuned out.

Can not play without Mac app over network!

An app for an iPad should work on iPad without any other app, or external hardware. Waste of time.
