    I love it! It snowed two feet last night and I am not up for shoveling out my car to drive to the gym but still wanted a good workout,Kira's Ballet and Pilates app is the perfect solution. I stood right at my kitchen counter and did the whole thing... In my pajamas! I love how when you switch from the left to right the screen flips so you're always mirroring her, I always have problems with that and it made it so easy! I like the balance of layman's terms and ballet terms and all the written tips. Kira had perfect timing with all her verbal tips, especially when she said "your arm should be hurting by now, keep it up" and two seconds before she said that I thought "man my arm hurts!!!!!!"

    I was always intrigued by ballet, knew it was great exercise (just look at those ballet dancers' bodies - long, lean muscles) but would never in a million years don a leotard and head to a the app class (way too embarrassing!). Kira's the app classes are challenging (I'm trying to do it just the way she does) yet with the music, it's also calming and makes me feel graceful. I will combine with walking or jogging! BTW they have amazing tech support if you need it, just email the app producers ( listed in the description) they're super nice!

    Two thumbs up! This is a hard workout especially if you really try to do it the way Kira explains. Never thought ballet or Pilates could be this hard in a good way. I am a skier and I will definitely stick to this program for cross training! I did all 8 videos in 4 days!! Nice too that the videos are so pro and not available anywhere else online. I checked! Also, her Pilates 24/7 is very different from this one, offering a nice variety, I bought them both!

    As a former professional dancer I was skeptical about the whole “the app” sensation. Pilates has long been utilized by dancers for cross-training & gaining a strong core, but a the app workout? I’m here to tell you this is legit! Now retired, this is one way I keep my ballerina-bod in shape. The best part is that the workouts are fast and don’t require much in the way of equipment, so you can do them anywhere: your living room, hotel room, or while the babies napping. Kira is so positive and encouraging. She makes the workouts fun and engaging. This app is a MUST!!!!
