Install Dollar Mobile app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Dollar"

- Dollar Mobile will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

✔ Pros:
- The app allows users to store all their reservations in one place in the "my reservations" tab.
☹ Cons:
- The message that pops up about the new test mobile site can be annoying and obstructive.
- The app does not offer any additional value beyond what can be done using a browser and email.
- Users have to manually enter in the 11-digit confirmation number to store an existing reservation, which can be inconvenient.
- The app does not allow users to manage their reservations or access their Express Membership information.
- The app is not user-friendly and has limited functionality, making it useless for many users.

What’s the point?

What value does this app actually give to a user? Nothing you can’t do using a browser and email. I was expecting to enter my Express Membership information and the app would become my portal into this app’s system for managing reservations, etc. Instead, it’s just a way to search for reservations just as you can do in a browser. To store an existing reservation, you have to manually enter in the 11-digit confirmation number. What’s the point?

Awful app. Don’t waste your time. Provides no info. I made a reservation on my laptop, then I downloaded the app onto my phone. It automatically directed me to the “Beta Test App” and there is no place to enter my confirmation number so that I could confirm my booking. From what I can see, the ONLY thing you can do with the mobile app is make a new reservation. Useless. I removed the app from my phone.

I book many reservations up to a year in advance for work or travel. I like the app for keeping all of my reservations in one place in the “my reservations” tab. There is a message that pops up now saying “Tap to try our new test mobile site”
Please remove it! I cant access my reservations with the message in the way.

Holy cow this app is worthless

This app is the most useless that I have on my phone. Before the most recent update, you could not see a list of your prepay reservations. Now with the most recent update, you can’t use the app at all. The app speaks volumes for your company. If you can’t even get an app right, you most certainly can’t rent cars very well.
