1. Are you only interested in temperature or do you also want information about pressure, wind gusts or the UV index? Both weather forecasts and weather observations allow you to choose which weather data you want to see.

2. The animations in the map section allow you to follow, for example, the movement of rainfall areas, and the rain forecast based on radar images shows the direction in which rainfall areas will move in the coming hours.

3. The service displays current weather warnings at your chosen location and you can also easily check official weather warnings throughout Finland.

4. Our Weather app provides weather information for almost all Finnish municipalities.

5. If you enable location on your phone, the service will automatically show your location forecast for up to 10 days.

6. The information is available as tables and graphs.

7. You can also save your favorite locations in Finland and abroad on the app and browse them easily.

Download and install the FMI Weather app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using FMI Weather on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "FMI Weather"
The search will reveal the FMI Weather app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once FMI Weather is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including FMI Weather.
Now enjoy FMI Weather on PC.

To get FMI Weather on Windows 11, check if there's a native FMI Weather Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing FMI Weather:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "FMI Weather" » Click "Install" to install FMI Weather
- FMI Weather will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Beautiful display of information, but no Fahrenheit.

I love this app. It's clearly displays a lot of information in a clean and attractive manner. I want to use it as my go to app. If you can add Fahrenheit that would make it even more amazing. I know that only the US and Belize use the Fahrenheit scale, and honestly I am really trying to develop an intuitive feel of the centigrade scale, but I'm just not there yet. Please consider it.

Best designed weather app true to finnish traditions. But please can you add fareignheit? It's just a simple function.
No iPad support, no maps, no updates

This was an OK app 5 years ago, but pretty weak by today's standards. Unfortunately it's been updated maybe once during that time, and that was just to remove a feature! It shows you the temperature and that's about it. No maps, no radar, no graphs, and on top of all that, no iPad support. If you're in Finland, do yourself a favor and get the yr.no app instead, made by Norway's weather service. That's a real weather app.
