I wish it would work!

There seems to be a compatibility issue with the latest iOS, because it won't download the in app purchases, which are the only way to use the app. I tried closing and reopening the app...even deleting and reloading. I contacted support but never received an answer. I really want to try this course! Wish the app would work because I have no desire to order CDs. Update: support fixed the issue and I LOVE this app! Highly recommend. After 3 hours, I'm already speaking to my daughter who has taken Spanish for 5 years.
Is it counterfeit?

Mine stopped working with the update too. Their support told me that I must have gotten a counterfeit app and that I should ask for my money back from Apple. I bought it through through the Apple App Store. Is it possible that it is counterfeit? Either way, I would like my money back since the advanced hours that I paid for disappeared quickly and there is no way I can get them back! Whom do I contact?

Good lessons, buggy app

The instruction is great. I love that it has the app teaching two naive learners rather than just talking. I like hearing the students' errors and the app's corrections. He teaches in a natural way, making you learn instinctually but also explaining things in English. This is NOT an immersion program. I love it, though. Unfortunately, the app has issues. 1. Never starts me where I left off. Usually two lessons behind. 2. Often cannot scroll down or tap to open the lessons at the bottom. I contacted support, and they advised me to reinstall the all and redownload the hours I had purchased. I did that, and the problems remain. I emailed support again to explain this, and they did not respond. I also asked if I could transfer my purchases to the MT "languages" app. No answer. Also FYI the MT "languages" app has hours 9 and 10. Wish I had known before getting started with this app. Still, when I skip through the lessons and find where I was, etc., I do find the lessons very enjoyable. I spoke some Spanish to a coworker and understood what she said to me. I am on hour 5 in this app.
