Install Cat Scan: Your Contacts as Cats and Dogs! app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Cat Scan on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Cat Scan"
- The search will reveal the Cat Scan: Your Contacts as Cats and Dogs! app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Cat Scan is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Cat Scan.
- Now enjoy Cat Scan on PC.

Don't buy this app!

This app not only adds the app images to your contacts - what's ok if you like it - but also adds a big fat "the app-SCANNED" to the Notes of each of your contacts, and this is NOT ok since you didn't give permission to do so. There is no way to bulk-remove the images and/or the unwanted entries to your Notes, you have to do this manually for each single contact. If you have large amount of contacts, you need hours to remove this stuff.

If you delete the app it leaves behind a bunch of stored photos and notes (the app SCANNED on every contact) after two years it has destroyed my phone and I have to get a new one. I've tried resetting to factory settings, deleting as much as I could (tap contact, edit, delete photo, delete note, save, return to contacts, repeat), but it somehow has reinserted itself in some of the contacts I have deleted.
