2. To rent, simply select the bike, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - and off you go! You can return your bike at one of our stations or in the flexzone.

3. With our app you have everything at a glance: manage your customer account, redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback or contact our customer service.

4. From now on, TIER vehicles will also be displayed in selected cities in the nextbike by TIER app.

5. You can rent these vehicles via a deep link in the TIER app.

6. The map function in the app helps you to find the right return location.

7. It simplifies rentals, returns and always shows you bikes near you.

8. The app can be used for all nextbike brands.

9. Once registered, you can also ride in other brands.

Install nextbike app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using nextbike on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "nextbike"
The search will reveal the nextbike app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once nextbike is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including nextbike.
Now enjoy nextbike on PC.

Hassle free fun

If you feel like a bike its there and relatively cheep. A few occasions this summer we spontaneously showed up downtown and then hopped from place to place around pgh. Lawrenceville, northside and Southside are all easily reachable on a bike from town. Like last time we parked downtown rode to the strip to shop and had a drink. Ate in Lawrenceville after checking out a festival at the cemetery then rode to north side for a drink then back to the car. A full day and a fun way to see and experience Pittsburgh.
Frequent System Error After Correct Return

I’m a user in NJ. The system always has errors saying the bike is still running even after you returned and locked it successfully and the panel even said “Returned” and the phone app meter stopped. But somehow hours later it came back telling you it’s still running. One time the GPS map says I have ridden the bike from NY across the Atlantic to Egypt (no joke, I have a screen shot). And no one picks up the customer service line at the time of the issue. And this happens a lot with the Port Imperial station. The dock does not talk to the central system to register Return resulting the “meter” keeping running on their backend.

This is literally the worst ride sharing app I’ve ever experienced. I have a monthly membership and can’t use it half the time because the app isn’t working. I’ve been charged numerous times because the app didn’t register that I ended a ride when I did. I’ve had to spend tons of time waiting to talk to customer service to get them to correct it... because on top of the app not working, they never respond to help requests or comments. The only reason they’re still around is because they’re the only bike share option in Hoboken. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

It was my first time using the app in West Palm Beach. The app was super easy to use and set up. The bikes themselves are in above average condition and the functionality of each unit works nearly 100% (my bike had a broken bell - not that I would use it but my girlfriends bell was brand new). We loved our experience and will be back next weekend.
