Install GeoBlue app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using GeoBlue on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "GeoBlue"
The search will reveal the GeoBlue app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once GeoBlue is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including GeoBlue.
Now enjoy GeoBlue on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use GeoBlue,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "GeoBlue" » then Click "Install".
- GeoBlue will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Horrible Customer Service - as in NONE

I attempted for several days to contact ANYONE within this app without success, days before my travel and a week into my travel. No phone, email or web form was successful in reaching contact within this app. Many calls to all available phone numbers listed for customer service, sales or assistance abroad all dead ends. All numbers answered with the exact same message repeatedly "The person you are trying to reach is not able to receive your call" and then goes blank, no voicemail. this app Email: no replies other than “out of office”, see above this app App: no meaningful conduit for communications, see above this app website: see above I could not remedy my issue due to GeoBlues inability to have any valid conduit for communications, and after the experience will NEVER purchase from this app again. My family operates travel services businesses and will be advising clients wholeheartedly against this app and its products.

They won’t even respond to messages sent through the app. Do not hire this app. I’ve been their client for the last 2 and a half years. I was getting some shots which were covered by this app. This is a procedure that needs a few shots and a few months to be completed. This semester, they decided to change their coverage (even though they are charging the same amount of money) and now they left me halfway through my procedure. I’m an international student and you’ll understand how hard it is to face these type of problems away from home. So unprofessional and unfair.
