Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Doodle.ly on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Doodle.ly"
The search will reveal the Doodle.ly app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Doodle.ly is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Doodle.ly.
Now enjoy Doodle.ly on PC.

Buggiest app I have ever owned!

After downloading this app, I fell in love with it, but found out after using it for only about 10 minutes, it will freeze and then crash. It usually happens when I am zoomed in all the way and trying to undo something. This app also does a terrible job of saving your progress. I thought the app data would include your recent drawings, but when I deleted the app and re downloaded to troubleshoot the issue, the drawings were gone and the issue was still there. I ended up getting the flash of a blue screen while using this app and had to restore my iPad to factory settings then recover from iCloud. The app STILL crashes and is messing with my iOS. PLEASE update this app since we are already almost two complete iOS versions above what it was when this was last updated.

This is an amazing app, where you can show your true talent and abilities to the world. But for further reference, this app, like many others, has a "popular" page, where the most liked pictures go. So, your artwork may not be seen by as many people as the ones made by people who have multiple " likes". Also, it is pretty difficult to draw without a stylus of some sort. Even though this app has a few flaws, I still give it four stars. I recommend you get it!
Needs a lot of work, but promising...!

I would give it more stars but there is so much missing from it that my better judgment won't let me. It needs a LOT more colors to choose from, and more tools; like a blender, paint brush with paints and a color wheel with dropper, to pick your own colors!!! the app crashes all the time and pictures that took me hours to draw get deleted by the app, or won't show up on the image gallery... There needs to also be a way to save your work within the app, as well as being able to delete or edit art work that you have already published! It's a lot but these things would make it a contender with other art/draw apps!
Nice but too glitchy

I like this app; it has good drawing tools that resemble real ones and has a nice platform for sharing your drawings. The only thing is that it's too glitchy and crashes constantly. I made the mistake of starting a detailed drawing that I worked for several hours on and the app would crash every few minutes and delete large portions of my work. The only reason I kept using it was because I really wanted to finish the drawing. Eventually I had had enough and decided to save the image and download a new drawing app to finish it on. If the glitching and crashing were fixed this could be a great app.
