Download and install the MyWARN app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MyWARN on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MyWARN"
The search will reveal the MyWARN app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MyWARN is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MyWARN.

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Does an excellent job. Fine tunes the county wide warnings down to your specific area. Great for traveling- changes location automatically to where you are. I’ve had it for several years and it’s always been accurate. Great help when camping! Really like being able to select the watches/warnings that I want audible warnings - that way if I’m not in and area prone to flooding, I won’t be woke up for all flood warnings. But it’s easily changed if I Camp in low lying areas.

Maybe an earlier version had some bugs, but I recently downloaded and paid for this app (April 2019), and so far am very pleased with the product. It does what it advertises - notifies of any SPC marginal or higher risk for my location, and was the first app to notify me of a severe thunderstorm warning this morning. And also, I have not noticed any significant drain on my battery. Great app!!

This app has NEVER let me down. I know without question that it’s saved me from being out during severe thunderstorms, hail, tornado watches and warnings. The alarms start hours earlier you just need to set the app up properly and PAY ATTENTION to it. Do not ignore the warnings because they could save your life.

I’ve had this app since the first time James Spann mentioned it and it has worked consistently for me the entire time. It’s the ONLY app I allow to use my location all the time. It woke me up just a few nights ago to let me know I was in the polygon of a tornado.
