Install Simple Media Player Lite app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Simple Media Player Lite on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Simple Media Player Lite"
The search will reveal the Simple Media Player Lite app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Simple Media Player Lite is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Simple Media Player Lite.
Now enjoy Simple Media Player Lite on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Simple Media Player Lite,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Simple Media Player Lite" » then Click "Install".
- Simple Media Player Lite will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Elegant app in every way, except...

This MP3 player is very close to being everything I hope for in a player app. Its beautiful layout uses a large and elegant font showing song title, album title, and the artist name (I want all three lines). The album cover gets a full display of without cropping (I want to see the original square image, not a cropped circle). The background and font colors are pulled from the album artwork, creating a pleasing and tasteful color-coordinated appearance. These features made the the app Music Player an instant winner to me. I don't need the ability to create or edit playlists and such--doing that on my desktop iTunes is much more efficient. One pretty significant criticism, however, is the text for song title, album title, and artist name does not scroll when the line is longer than the screen's width can show. So, please make long lines of text scroll and I'll love your app like I love my firstborn!!

Better than iTunes podcast app...

I am fed up with the iTunes podcast app so I tried this one, and not too bad! The navigation is similar to the music navigation on the old iOS a few issues though- it would be better if I could tap on what I wanted to play and it would automatically play instead of having to tap 'done'. Also a tutorial of the controls would help it took a bit to figure out how to get back to the main menu and how to pause and play. Other than that a good app!

I've been struggling with trying to figure out a method to view unheard podcasts on the new iPad and this app is the answer. By letting me view my music library using the old interface (as a list) the gray dot shows up next to the podcasts and all is well!
