Download and install the WINK Weather app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using WINK Weather on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "WINK Weather"
- The search will reveal the WINK Weather app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once WINK Weather is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including WINK Weather.

- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing WINK Weather:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.

Horrible

Refresh lags, wind direction often wrong.
When going from past to now to see where a storm is headed the radar is good but storms always just disappear into future track in the next clip.... the daily % chances change every 15-30mins example- partly cloudy 20% chance of rain. Then a pop up storm rolls through it jumps to 100% , but isn’t that part of the 20% chance. The chance is not supposed to be based on what it’s doing right that second but the likelihood of rain for that day.
20% still means there is a small chance of a little rain just not as much as 80%..
I don’t like your future cast it’s often incorrect or misleading.

Updates no longer work

Ever since Apple ended distribution of iPad updates for older iPads, your this app updates no longer work. The system only gives the user the option to download the last compatible version of the the app app. Of the 30 or so iPad apps I have loaded the failure to update only occurs on the the app app and with one other app.
Do you plan on fixing this issue or is it unavoidable.

Nothing special

In the beginning you just to see the one weatherman’s face when you started the app. Then it was too guys and with the most recent update, its three weathermen’s goofy dumb faces. I just want the weather and not their ridiculous faces. I would watch them on TV if I wanted to look at them. Annoying to say the least.

App freezes

I use this app frequently but the last few days it freezes on the opening page. Have to turn ipad off then on again to use the app. It then freezs again when used a couple of times.
