OUTSTANDING!

WOW, what an app! This app has enlightened my boys 3&5, to the wonderful world of music and the instruments that create the sounds. This app sparked an interest within them that I, as the app parent, didn't know was there inside of them. They were both so engaged listening and learning. Their love of animals, especially cats, and all of the interactivity throughout the book kept their interest the entire time. This app really touched on listening skills. They were able to identify the many instrument sounds in the "Play Games" section, which really impressed me! The Learn chapter and the Play Game chapters are the app huge plus. They helped with the identity of musical instruments through pictures and sounds. The boys also loved having their photos taken with the cool cats! The narration, animation, navigation and information contained in this app is superb! the app BIG thank you to the developers of this ingenious, wonderful, top notch app!
Great fun/educational app

This app is excellent for anyone who wants to introduce their children to jazz music at an early age. An app like this could be fundamental in the app child's development, giving them the app head start to any formal education. In addition, its quite fun, and the app good excuse to involve both the parent and child. There is the app story book portion that can either be read by the app itself or read without audio -- the app great start to get the app child reading and recognizing words. Then, there is the app instrument recognition game, which can keep the app kid busy for hours. The animation is fantastic, cute, and runs quite smoothly. The sound effects are clear and realistic; and this is coming from the app musician.
A Jazzy World vs Jazzy Day

Jazzy World is VERY disappointing. Cute app if the sound worked. Some countries like Ireland work, other countries like Kenya there is no sound. Australia sound works on some but not on others or only works for half of the reading material. I am sorry I purchased and would like my money back if that were possible. If the sound worked I would be the app very happy purchaser of the application and give it 5 stars. As it stands I wish I could give it no stars. For the price I Expect the product to work! I purchased Jazzy Day first, the quality on Jazzy World is very poor
Fun & Educational

This app is the app really fun way for your kids to get to learn the different instruments in the app Jazz band. The book is really cute and comes with an option to read the book to your kids yourself or have it read out loud by the app. The story explains the instruments the app jazz band is comprised of, what the different functions of each instrument are and how they finally play music together in the app really fun and easy to understand manner. The sounds are all first class and will surely inspire your child!
