Download and install the PedidosYa - Delivery App app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using PedidosYa on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "PedidosYa"
- The search will reveal the PedidosYa - Delivery App app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once PedidosYa is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including PedidosYa.

- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing PedidosYa:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "PedidosYa" » Click "Install" to install PedidosYa - Delivery App

The best app, no customer service

The app is pure genius, very easy to use, great food variety and payment options from an inbuilt payments platform, you can even pay with EDENRED ticket paystubs. the app really works, you have plenty customer reviews to guide you thru the best options, the app is pure brilliant.
I would suggest only 2 things, add the option to tip the delivery guy from the app (many times you may not have cash around the house), and invest in customer service support, Everything works perfectly 99% of the times, but I had a couple of issues with restaurants i.e. coming over 2 hours later, and I couldn’t get pass your BOT support to talk to a real agent, its the only reason I would not rate it 5 stars, as per the rest is really great. Will totally continue using it.

A total waste of time

This app is a disaster. I was paying without problems with cards until they stopped charging me with a card, there were thousands of minutes of waiting in his customer service chat/phone trying to ask for help but it was just wasting time. The only reason why I still have the app installed in my iPhone is because they have no competition in Argentina ... just that. DO NOT INSTALL THIS 5hit.

I’m not writing a review it’s more an opinion. I think we can agree that they should let the option to pay with PayPal. Lots of us have PayPal and we feel more comfortable paying with PayPal I think a lot of people agrees specially down here in Dominica República

Don’t waste your time and money

Absolutely horrible. The wait time is always off by more than an hour. We’ve waited close to 3 hours for food. Food orders show up incomplete most of the time and their customer service is non existent. I contacted their customer service on 4 different occasions for problems with my orders and received no help and all. If you are hungry, just go straight to the restaurants, you’ll save yourself the headache, money and not to mention you will actually eat. Worst app service ever!
