In the age of Grub Hub, Postmates, etc. where you can track both of the cooking status of your order, and especially the GPS route of the driver, and get notifications when the driver has left, is near you, etc. this app is super primitive. There is no way to know what is going on with your order. You get one confirmation email that says that your order is been placed and give you an estimate. Beyond that it’s just been totally in the dark until your order finally shows up. Mine was way past estimated time so I called the restaurant try to find out what was going on and they didn’t really know either other than the driver had left along time ago. It would be good to know if the driver was lost or not anywhere near me if I could see him on a GPS tracker. Also I think they prioritize orders from this app at the very bottom of their priorities. I think they still take post needs GrubHub at Cetera ahead, and of course they’re in store customers. My wait time with other third-party apps to get my food was always half the time, and even my estimated time through this app. It actually ended up being about 30 minutes longer than the estimate over 90 minutes. I can usually get my food and 35-40 minutes to GrubHub, post mates, etc. The whole experience is just really behind the times both in the interface of the app and how they as a business prioritize customers via this app.

Love the restaurant. The app, however, is one of the worst I've ever used. It's not intuitive or user friendly. The app used to be more like a 3 star app, but they changed it in 2018 and now it's worse and harder to use. As of April 4, 2019, it's now been broken for quite a while to where I can't even use it. I get to the payment page, click my credit card with "Card Ending son ____," then get denied with a pop-up message telling me I need to select a payment. 🙄 I've skipped eating at this app a few times due to this. UPDATE: It's September 2019 and I'm still rarely ordering from this app compared to what I used to because the same exact error is making it impossible to order with the app. (Used to be once every two weeks and now it's only once every two months). I just go eat other things instead. They've lost so much of my money already by not updating their app. Not sure how this app is rated so high. I think people are rating the pizza by mistake.

For the past two weeks this we have been unable to complete the simple purchase of a pizza with this app. Last week every attempt to get a pizza delivered gave an error that Google Map service couldn’t find our address. This was true for EVERY address we tried to use, which included friends and our offices. Tonight, the app kept giving us errors on payment when we tried to use a gift card (and yes, we verified he balance on it). Not to mention the poor functionality of the app itself: where you’re supposed to enter the payment amount it gives you a phone-type number pad which gives you no way to enter a decimal! Also, clicking “next” as you’re entering info does NOTHING. You have to click “done” for each item. That took a while to figure out. Oh, and their website says you save 10% by using the app but no such discount was taken; in fact, when we gave up and called the order in to our local FB it was actually cheaper than the total on the app! Summary: a flawed app that literally makes ordering a pizza (you know, it’s one and only job) impossible. Unacceptable.

We used to order from the app Bro’s all the time. As a busy mom, I like placing my order in advance and not having to make a phone call. My daughter can’t stand red pizza sauce so we always got her a cheese pizza without sauce. Since the last update, I can’t edit the pizza to have no sauce. It won’t allow me to remove the sauce or add instructions for the individual pizza. I’ve tried putting the request in the special instructions part at checkout but the shop always ignores that and sends a pizza with sauce. You’ve lost my business til you can fix this.
