Install Visual JSON app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Visual JSON on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Visual JSON"
- The search will reveal the Visual JSON app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Visual JSON is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Visual JSON.

Makes it very easy to decypher JSON when I am developing.

Great mac tool when I don’t want to use Fiddler

It has saved my bacon many times

This tool is indispensable when learning a new api. I use this app in conjuction with Charles Proxy to break down to the format, then I make a `Codable` in Swift and I am up and running in no time. I love this app.

Crahses a lot and has limited functionality

I use this a few times a day, and it will crash fairly frequently on 10.8 (~2x per day).
It's really basic. Whenever I need to do something the least bit complicated, I use a different app. This one I only use to get a JSON tree from GET requests, as otherwise it's pretty useless.
Saving a history would be great, as would support for other types of requests, like PUT and DELETE. Setting Header values is also important. It's okay at doing one thing, and one thing only. Could be much better.
