  • Good model but no updates

    By DoodleJinx (Pcmac user)

In this day and age of privacy breaches and in app monthly subscriptions, it’s heartening to see an app that adopts a user friendly approach. I applaud the developer for having the guts to take this approach in monetizing the app. But unfortunately, it looks like this model isn’t motivating enough for the developer, as there haven’t been any updates in over a year.
  • I really love this app, but…

By Who am I? Why am I here? (Pcmac user)

I’ve been searching for ages for a good way to manage my to do list across multiple projects. GTD was always an imagined bonus, but no luck. This one is a gem. Simple, light weight, and a painless workflow—so easy to collect items quickly and process later. Takes a little getting the hang of, but no barrier. However…once I got the hang, I turned on iCloud sync. Ernest warned that things would temporarily disappear, but would then return. But they didn’t. I reconstructed everything from scratch, but still can’t sync between iPhone and iPad. I sent requests for help for a couple of months, but no response. Ernest prefers that channel rather than criticism here, which I respect. But with no response, this is my only recourse. I would have rated this 5 stars, if only someone had responded. (I’d even be willing to pay for this app, if only there was someone there.)
  • Save yours money

    By Note_Luver (Pcmac user)

This is nothing special and the features that do set it apart: don't work. Normally this is okay, but it's no longer being supported so you get what you get. Biggest issue is the search for all projects doesn't work , nor can you get a list of all your tasks. Part of GTD is to retrieve your tasks, no? Thus if one cannot query across multiple projects all all you really have is note app with different folders. Additionally the Eisenhower Matrix is a proven concept but there is no logic to sort or filter based on the entry. Really? This is the first time I can say I've literally lost money on an iPhone app. I've emailed the developer at least six times not a single response. You've been warned.
  • Great app for managing fly-in-your-face action items

    By Trunksi3 (Pcmac user)

This app is very simple, yet it enables the management of a wide array of actionable items with ease. Quickly capture thoughts, not worrying about where they fit into the priority stack, until you have time to do that exercise properly. Fantastic.
