Can't get it to display my card

When typing a correct policy number and birthdate an alert reports a problem communicating with ihi the app. When the information is incorrect the app reports the right problem

Crap!! Don't waste your time.

The description of the last available update says: "don't update. This update will delete your policy information."

Double-Entry requirement Kills its Usefulness

I got this App so that I -- or medical emergency and hospital staff -- could have quick access to my the app 'insurance coverage confirmation' information.
If conscious, i could ask tell the hospital staff to grab my iPhone, tap the "MyCard" app, and enter the 4 digit security code . . . and they would then see my coverage information / confirmation. BUT NO, once you enter the 4 digit security code, the App then asks for your Policy Account Number and your birth date !! In an 'emergency' I would most likely not have the policy number, and the hospital would wonder why they were holding my iPhone . . . dumb.
The DOUBLE-ENTRY requirement, renders the app completely useless in an emergency . . . which, by the way, is the only time you would ever look at it ! Don't bother getting this app . . . it will NOT serve you in an emergency. I ask the company to revise this problem quickly.
