Though this app is not perfect, it is the best one on the market. I only hope that this app inspires others to push the level of quality.

While I enjoy the product my issue is with the support. I signed up for digital and physical issues. In the last few months I have only received 1 copy of the Magazine through the post. I have tried to relay this through phone and email. The phone number went to a private house, they have been getting these calls for a while apparently. The gent on the phone was very nice as he explained this to me. My requests for resolution through the app and email have gone unanswered. Very poor customer service. Patrick.
Terrible since last change

Most prob I'm not the only one having download issues since the last "update", lost my entire library that was avail offline in the app, now only very few ones, for the amount of money we pay for this magazine it has become a burden each time I try to access it, basically not all of us are in places with good internet connection so the download to read after was a good option and having the library avail in app with it's reading features. Believe I'm not renewing my subscription if this problem persists Happy landings to all
Fine if you don't mind losing the issues you paid for.

I'm not a subscriber, but I do buy issues on occasion. The ones I bought disappeared from the app. Restore purchases (repeatedly) did not work. I contacted the app Global. They told me they could not help me. Contact Apple. Apple told me to click "Restore Purchases" or contact the app Global. I love a rathole...don't you? It's really a wonderful business model: get people to pay $$ for things that you don't deliver. To hell with this app!
