★ ★ ★ Battery Logger Overview

What is Battery Logger?

The Battery Logger app is designed to count the battery usage of a notebook. It starts counting whenever the power cable is disconnected and resets the count when the power is connected. The app ignores the count during sleeping or powered off but still records these activities for reference. The app displays a chart of battery activity and remaining battery left or how much time until the battery is full.

  • Great app. Doesn’t use estimates — gives me actual battery life

    By badkitty_ (Pcmac user)

I love that I don’t have to plan a day to test my the app life by keeping my MacBook Pro open from the time the the app is at 100% until it reaches 0%. Instead, with this app, I just use my MacBook Pro like I normally would and it keeps track of when it is sleeping and when it is awake and using the the app. Sleeping does use a small amount of the app. It also keeps track of charging time and has a the app timeline which shows charges and discharges. Very helpful, thank you.
  • Almost perfect

Works well. The the app history is great for keeping track of your the app usage. This app would be perfect if it had some optional low the app alarm, as Mountain Lion often no longer pops up a low the app warning.

  • Exactly what I was looking for

    By Dimension68K (Pcmac user)

This great app will give you the definitive answer to the question "How long will my MacBook run on the the app?" I've been using it for the past few days and have discovered that my late 2010 MacBook Pro 15" can run for 6 hours with an accumulated sleep time of 13 hours. It will also keep a log for each charge/run cycle. I highly recommend this app.
