    I have a really hard time failing asleep and staying asleep. Since I started using this app, I have no problem at all! I love it! The girl that said it didn't work without having the video on must be confused as to how to use it. I use the hypnosis part and never have to use video to get it to work. It sounds like she has her sleep on to soon on her device. I'm not criticizing her, just trying to help. Sweet dreams everyone.

    I'm not so sure this works. I've tried it many times before writing this review to give it an honest review. First, I do not find her voice relaxing at all. Many of the things she says, I find distracting. I don't know if I am one of those that these things do not work on but there have been some nights I have listened to it over 7 times and I have not gone to sleep. Some nights I have gone to sleep after a couple times through. Don't know if it worked or I just went to sleep. On thing, make sure you set end to "sleep" and not "wake" unless you want to wake up in middle of the night.

    I've used this app a few times and something must have changed for the negative with the update. There are two points, at a deepening and right at the end where the suggestion is to go into a the app sleep now, that the volume inexplicably gets louder. Both times I was just about out and it startled me awake again. Very big goof for a SLEEP hypnosis. BTW, it wasn't my iPad either b/c I checked where the volume indicator was both times. I unfortunately won't be using this again until/unless they fix that volume change. Bummer

    I have terrible insomnia. I've tried all of the other sleep hypnotherapy apps available. This is not only the best one, but the only one I recommend. Somehow I fall asleep within less than ten minutes! The only advice I'd give would be to invest in a really good pair of headphones or ear buds...something comfortable enough to sleep in. This is true for any hypnotherapy app, but because this one works so well, it's even more important.
