It's a very good app, though there is a HUGE problem: the god damned ad that shows up on the screen every time you open the app is across the screen and it makes you open it if you don't know it's there.

Really like the integration of my music library to play along to. Like the the ability to change the pitch. The layout is more playable than some others with a little practice. I used to play drums a lot long ago. Still haven't gotten a good hi-hat open close sound though, maybe that's me. Would be interested to see a drum app that forgoes the traditional drum set up in favor of one more geared for playing beats with the fingers; maybe place the hi-hat and ride cymbal to be played by the same finger.

I have tried dozens of the drum apps, and this one is by far the best. As a pro drummer, I am especially happy with the sound quality and selection of available drum kits to choose from. Other drum apps include a few different drums, this one gives you more than 20. I like how easy it is to move your fingers around the set. If you are a drummer, or want to be one, definitely get this app.
