Soft Drummer for Pc

I was looking for a drum app that I could to play live in small intimate settings where sometimes electrical power is not readily available. I was delighted when I found this app. I currently use a Beat Buddy and was looking for something similar in an app. This is not it. With that said, this is an excellent app with its own qualities but it is not as intuitive as Beat Buddy. I am not a drummer and need something fairly simple to play along with live. I need to be able to control things using OnSong and Quantiloop. I think this app can do everything I need and more but there is a learning curve and the documentation is scarce. There are a couple of YT tutorials but seem to more focused on recording than live play. I have not found a good tutorial on the MIDI settings. My needs are simple: I need to select a song and set the tempo using CC or PC commands using an Airturn Stomp 6 footswitch. I use OnSong to configure the six switches to trigger MIDI commands like Start/Stop, and send CC and PC commands to Quantiloop and Beat Buddy to select songs, change tracks and set tempos. If I can figure out how to do this with this app I will give it 5 Stars because the drum sounds and jamming features are stellar. If I could get some help from you, Louis, by getting some documentation and/or tutorials, that would be very much appreciated.

Crashes every time I hit the save button, very good sounds but can only use it for jamming, otherwise useless to me. Supposedly audiobus compatible but can't find a copy button. Would like to use the obvious potential but seems broken. Update: Sounds great yes, found conflict causing crash, not compatible with Swift Key. Incredible lack of support for this app, about the only source of info is on audiob and nothing that he I can see from the developer. The glaring fault with SF is lack of IAA triggering or just simple pasteboard. The only way I can find to trigger it from group the loop or other apps is to use midi, which I'm not a fan of. I'm a guitar player looking for a decent drum tool, not a beat boxer looking for a toy. While this app sounds great, it works best in its own fishbowl. Disappointed at the lack of audio share support for this app and zero documentation other than a few fanboy videos. Sadly for me, I'll have waste more money in pursuit of a usable drum tool that doesn't require midi triggers from remote apps and them trimming the result to fit due to delays.

The Swiss Army knife of quality drums. I’ve been using all of Luis’s apps together. Using Link... And with a little forethought you can have one heck of a drummer on your hands. With none of the drug problems ;) Have u ever seen another developer with straight across 5 stars on everything? That’s par for Luis. This is the most useful app you will have. If you don’t need it now. You will hit a wall where you need options. When you do. Thank Luis. And be glad this is here. Anyone who who has criticism of an app this good is doing something wrong or can’t dance. This quality of program used to cost hundreds of dollars on a desktop. And we paid. 20 bucks is nothing for the work that went into giving you an amazing tool from someone who knows what they’re doing. Thank you so much for the tools to make creating easier and more enjoyable. Indispensable.

The sounds in this app are amazing. Have a lot to figure out and would really like to be able to just copy and paste . Have used it with GarageBand a few times so far. Works in inner app well on my iPhone six but on my 5 it has a click at the beginning each time and it doesn't seem to work right sometimes as it starts immediately when I hit record instead of after the count in. Anyway it really is everything I could ask for as a non drummer and look forward to figuring everything out. If he made a bass app that worked the same way and together with this app, wow!!!! The only negative is I don't understand why there is a manual of some sort for this. There are so many nuances and it doesn't seem like a big deal to make one basic manual for all of these apps.
