App doesn't do anything....
By Apps_are_cool (Pcmac user)
It is a table of conjugations of a verb. If you touch a verb there is a pronunciation (it is correct French). That's it. Doesn't do what it says it does. No "teaching" or anything. Bad release or abandoned product?

Not For Anyone Over a Beginner’s Level
By SFAaron (Pcmac user)
I got this app because it was "on sale” for $2.99. Had I known it included only 100 verbs, I would not have bought it. I’m at an upper intermediate level, and this app is suitable for beginners, maybe. Despite its own claims, the app does not include any real teaching function. The animation is juvenile (so maybe appealing to the young). The verb list is woefully tiny and includes some strange choices (like “filmer” and “polir”) while omitting essential verbs like “conifer,” “devoir,” “dire,” “accouter,” and many more. This deficit was noted in a review from 2012 (which I foolishly failed to read before purchase — my bad). To be truly useful, this app should include, in my opinion, a minimum of 500 verbs. Maybe make another app for adults with 500 verbs and minus the crappy animation.

Who came up with this list??
By Ericlmercer (Pcmac user)
This app is great. The list is an 81 out of 101. This may seem pretty good until you take into account some serious oversights. Lots of useless verbs at the expense of really essential ones.
Improvements needed:
1) Audio is perfect on my iPhone 4, btw.
2) Get rid of those distracting numbers preceding each verb
3) Left justify the list
4) (Remove the '.' after 'evaluer'.)
5) Provide us with a better list.
If you're limiting it to 101...
Replace these 19:
cesser
chanter
danser
filmer (really?)
nager
peindre
polir
réparer
sauter
se battre
se marier
se peigner
se taire
shooter (& shoot the guy who added it)
s'ecraser
trébucher
voyager
And include these 19 in their place...
choisir *
connaître *
croire *
devoir *
dire *
écouter *
envoyer
éteindre
jouer
laver
lever
partir *
prendre *
regarder *
s'appeler *
se lever
tenir *
travailler *
vendre *
I can't believe you left out these for the likes of 'filmer' & 'polir' etc (really?!?)... At the expense of connaître, devoir, dire, prendre etc?!!? (The *s denote must haves imho).
PLEASE, please, please - fix this list...
Otherwise, very nice job. Love the audio & self-test via the '?' + all the tenses. FIX THE LIST!!! & I'll be back w/ 5 stars.

LearnBots - marvelous verb DRILL app for speaking automaticity
By HSFrenchTeacher (Pcmac user)
As a modern language teacher with students from various language groups, I am thrilled to finally find a verb DRILL app that covers all main tenses and makes the patterns of the language obvious in a graphic format WITH AUDIO! Learners can check their immediate recall AND application of the verbs.
15 up dates in one year! And so many languages, so many verbs. Most verb apps just show parts or massive whole, with no PRACTICE element but Learnbots allows isolation, drill. I wish you HUGE success and I'm sharing this with all the teachers I know in our iPad conferences.
