I loved the app. It was brilliant, charming, funny. I think you must play the game to really enjoy this app though. If you view all the vaults before you've played through the game and experienced it's great story, it could ruin some of the surprises for you. I first played through the app a few years ago. It's brilliant. The commentary on what really motivates and shapes people's psyche, via life experiences, etc. So excellent and under appreciated. Great work Mr Schaefer and company. If I win the lotto I'm funding psychnauts 2! Best way to spend the money!
Great memories for everyone who finished the game. Reveal story bits and spoils if you haven't yet.

I played the app about 5 years ago on my Playstation 2. It's a wonderful game with a solid, funny, engaging story and full of memorable, endearing, zany characters. Easily one of the best title I've EVER played. The vaults reveal shameful secrets hidden deep in the characters mind and it's very rewarding discovering them in the game. If you're reading this, go and buy the game. It's worth your money, your attention and your time. Go ahead and read the reviews from Gamespot or IGN for the PS2 and XBOX versions if you're still doubtful, I'll wait. Ok, now that you're back and have already decided to get the Mac game, don't get this app. You'll feel accomplished (and will have much needed context to understand them) when you unlock them yourself playing the game. Happy the app gaming!

I absolutely love the app. It's my favorite game. I was wanting to see if there was a the app video game on the App Store but the vault viewer was better. I could never find all the vaults and this is what I needed. I just wish that there was a the app 2. I now that it would be BIG, and maybe we could add the power of loooooovve to the app 2. Thank you. 😊

I love the app. I used to have it for Playstation 2 some years back. When I read that the makers released this app I had to get it. Tim and Scott are hilarious I listened to the whole thing through. You guys should definitely put the game out on PS3 and Xbox 360 even as a downloadable. I bought it for Mac after listening to these. Great work!
