Install Animal Whistle app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

- Install the emulator:

- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Animal Whistle"

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Animal Whistle,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Animal Whistle" » then Click "Install".
- Animal Whistle will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

This review is to help compensate for the people who leave a review stating that this app doesn't work. I'm sure they can't help it that they are too stupid to know better. Given the state of our education system, we are lucky they can string together enough words to make a sentence.
The whistles are in a frequency that can not (usually) be heard by the human ear. That's why it's called a dog whistle. Furthermore, those who are expecting their dog to come running or perform other behaviors, fail to realize that dogs need to be trained to respond to sounds. Dogs don't really understand the alphabet and language they are responding to the sounds of words.

It got my cat to stay at attention for about two minutes, then she quit. Also, is it a bad thing I can hear all of these except 2.

It says this app but it's not for all animals. I tried it on my cat but she just put her ears back, and didn't care less. I tried it on my neighbors dogs but they didn't really do anything. Overall it's ok.

Not well implemented

Bad UI and all of the higher frequencies are obviously not right because those settings produce a very audible tone.
