Install Emergency Whistle app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using Emergency Whistle on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Emergency Whistle"
The search will reveal the Emergency Whistle app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Emergency Whistle is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Emergency Whistle.

This app very effective but when you put it on shake mode the flashing doesn’t stop but I guess that’s good if your getting raped?
Good but could be better

I wish there was a way to keep this active when my phone is locked. It sleeps unless I keep it active. And I can’t really unlock my phone quickly if I’m being chased. Also, I don’t know why this app needs access to my camera. Is it because of the flashing light? Looking forward to future updates!

Works well! Scares me for sure!! What would make this app even better would be being able to access it from another device if your phone were stolen. What a surprise that would be!!

Good item to have for any age. Downloaded to test for self & daughter. Only thought, if someone really had to use it as a deterrent and somehow ended up back at desktop it turns off like most iPhone apps. Figure out how to leave it on until tapped to turn off even at desktop, like the music apps.
