Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use iKeepInTouch,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "iKeepInTouch" » then Click "Install".
- iKeepInTouch - Automated and Location-based Reminders will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Don't even bother downloading it. The alerts don't work correctly, it constantly crashes when you try to adjust times and there's no way to contact the developer. I've learned my lesson to download something that is questionable

So full of bugs it's shameful that this app is allowed in the App Store much less allowed to charge money for it...
