Install Kana Writing app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Kana Writing on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Kana Writing"
- The search will reveal the Kana Writing app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Kana Writing is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Kana Writing.
- Now enjoy Kana Writing on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Kana Writing,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Kana Writing" » then Click "Install".
- Kana Writing will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Self teaching also, and this is a wonderful app for learning the brush strokes. Again the only thing missing is to have the option to toggle on/off the answers so you can quiz yourself

Some fixes to be done

Good app and I like how it’s reviewing your performance.
But the app needs more settings. I really don’t like that you are Always given guides to follow when you move to the next character: Would be much better if you have the option to turn these off and then see if you got it right when you move on.

My only suggestion is make the option of invisible the app an 'on/off' thing rather than resetting it for each grid, and have it rate the character when you choose 'visible' again 😊
