Install Passport Photo - An ID App app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Passport Photo on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Passport Photo"
- The search will reveal the Passport Photo - An ID App app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Easy to Use

Did a great job, was easy to use once I figured out how. It is really quite simple. And the ability to print out more than one copy is nice. As with many apps it is hard to get to the printer settings. But I saved an image and printed it out using preview and then printed multiple copies using this app and "the previous printer settings". This just happened to be the first app I came to that didn't have in app purchases and I tried it and it works fine.

This is a useless app. I need my money back!

Worst useless app I have ever seen. I am unable to save the picture in anything but a tiff. At the minimum a picture editing app should have the ability to save in Jpeg. I need a png file and cannot. How do I get my money back?

I paid $13 for a this app at Walgreens and hated it. I took my own photo at home against a white wall, got it cropped to the right size, but couldn’t really get a good print with the right color, contrast etc. I found this app, and watched the support video where he shows you step by step how to use the program. Everything worked just like the video showed. I was able to zoom in or out to get to the 2x2 in photo with my face within the grid in the required area, adjusted exposure, color saturation, contrast level and brightness. It has a rotation adjustment which I didn’t need. I had a little trouble choosing all the printer settings, but I went back and watched the video again and that guided me through choosing paper size, and choosing glossy paper. I don’t know how you could ask for anything to work better. If you are good at PhotoShop or some other image editing program, you might not need this, but if not this should work great for you. This picture I made came out much better picture quality than the one I got from Walgreens.
