Install Blink! Lite - Voice and Photo Recognition & Translator app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Blink! Lite on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Blink! Lite"
The search will reveal the Blink! Lite - Voice and Photo Recognition & Translator app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Blink! Lite is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Blink! Lite.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Blink! Lite,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Blink! Lite" » then Click "Install".
- Blink! Lite - Voice and Photo Recognition & Translator will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I initially downloaded this app because it is the only one out there with these functions for free. I really like it! Thanks for producing such a handy app! I'm going to buy the full version to unlock more languages and functions!
Great for English and Spanish

This app definitely performs as described. I looked at a lot of apps but none provide voice recognition and speech for free. Thanks to the developer for providing it for free! I noticed for the OCR, it has to be printed text and it needs plenty of light for good results. I think the best part of the app is definitely the voice recognition. It seems to get it right more than 90 percent of the time and can even differentiate homonyms used in different contexts like the difference between "two" and "too." I'm upgrading to the full version, it's a great value.

I used this app to practice Spanish and used it in my daily life, like taking pictures of the signs to translate. It works almost accurately. I'm amazed at the accuracy.

This app only supports English and Spanish. Not much of a translator. Full page pop up ads can drive you crazy. Could not get the OCR to work except for the most basic sentence. Tried text in book and from text printed from my PC and got unrecognizable text translations. Overall pretty frustrating. Better stuff out there.
