What is Sync Folder? Sync Folder is a file synchronization app that intuitively syncs a source folder to a destination folder. It supports syncing to external drives, other folders on the same drive, and shared folders on another computer. It can sync in 15-minute increments or in real-time as changes happen. The app runs in the background and only syncs changes, making it quick and painless to use.
