What is Icons? Icons is a Mac app that allows users to generate various sized icons with a range of features to enhance their appearance. It is one of the first native Mac apps for previewing and generating iOS device icons and is actively supported and updated with feature requests and bug fixes.

Software Features and Description

1. Icons is an incredible time saver that allows you to easily generate various sized icons while offering a brilliant set of features to further enhance your icon's appearance.

2. Just drag your image file into the app and Icons will immediately load all of the icon previews to instantly see how your icons will look in all available sizes.

Install Icons app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Icons on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Icons"
The search will reveal the Icons app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Icons is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Icons.
Now enjoy Icons on PC.

This app is worth every penny. It’s a huge time saver for any designer/developer of mobile & web apps as it produces all of the various sizes needed for specific environments in one shot. The app iteself is very intuitive and has a clean and simple interface. I couldn’t have designed it better myself!
Useful, easy to use. Does exactly what I want it to do.

I am not very familiar with apps for this app, but came across this one and have found it easy to use and just what I wanted for customizing the plain blue folders in my Finder. I have had fun creating the pictures in Photoshop Elements and finding images in pictures.

Really simple way to generate the this app and images required by Apple, unfortunately it has not been maintained and kept up with Apple’s requirements over the years. I’d gladly pay for an update, saves me time and frustration. It still works, it just doesn’t support all the icon sizes required by Apple at this time.
