Download an Android emulator for PC:

The search will reveal the Degusta app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Degusta is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Degusta.

Best Foodie app for Santiago

Wish I had found this earlier. Most of the content is in Spanish, but so are the cities covered by the app. Their 3 axis rating system would be a nice addition to some other apps out there. Perhaps they will expand to America someday. Until then, I will keep traveling south
Ignore bad reviews

The editors are not receptive when you do a bad reviews to a restaurant. I did a bad review and they didn't publish it, I did a couple of times more and they never publish it. So DONT trust what you see on this app. They should accept bad reviews too
