I'm a primary care physician at a teaching institution and have been using the app for 6 years now. The reliability of the system is nothing short of horrible. There has not been one day where the program does not completely freeze 5-15 times a day for 1-5" per episode. I have no idea why the the app programmers/developers cannot fix our issues but this has gone on for years. I can say unequivocally that this EMR is terrible

We already use for the computer in our practice so we thought this might be a nice addition however the thousands we already pay for each provider did not cover the use of an app. What a waste.

We have downloaded the product and have found that it works great. We are looking forward to using this more in our inpatient settings. It is nice to have a product that works well with our EHR and is also able to integrate with our practice management solution. We think that more and more the mobile solutions are going to be used to take care of our patients.
Cannot connect

I have had both this app products for a while. I have spoken with reps from the app and from internal hospital IS department and no one seems to be able to help me log on. It worked once, I think. Since then, even with VPN on, I get era messages that the internet connection is not working (which is not true.) I hope that it becomes easier to connect - it would make looking at schedules, tasks, that pertain to clinic patients, while I am rounding in the hospital somewhat easier.
