1. As you add units for the days the graph changes to show the information for either the days of the month or a weekly view that lets you see half a year's worth of weekly alcohol consumption.

2. Change all the values that need to be changed and the calculated units will tell you the amounts of units of alcohol there are in a drink.

3. In the UK to remain within the drink drive limit you can have between 1-2 pints except that many pints are not 3.6%, many pints are 5.0%. So what difference does that make? Well a 5% beer has 2.84 units in it.

4. This App can can be used to just calculate the number of units in a drink but it can also be used to keep track of units consumed.

5. The yellow line shows a rolling average of the number of units consumed over the last 10 days/10 weeks.

6. So if you forget to add units for a day then just select the correct day on the date picker and enter the information.

7. As you enter value the calculated units change based on the current setting.

8. If the calculated units are very large or very small then check that the fields and the switch for the volume type are set correctly.

9. The red bars show the number of units consumed for each day/week.

10. Ever wondered how many units there are in a drink? A weak 3.6% pint of beer has 2 units in it.
