Install Voice Memo app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Voice Memo"
The search will reveal the Voice Memo app icon. Open, then click "Install".

After looking at all the audio recorders out there in the mac app store, this one was by far the best, cheapest one you will find. It saved me at 11:30 at night from not turning in an assignment for school. One of the features that I like about it is that you can mail your recordings really easily from your saved recordings on your computer. It looks really nice, it works really nice, and so far has not dissapointed me. I recommend you get this one.
Not working

It is not working right now on my computer macbook air OSx 10.9. It was working before updating the OS but nobody seems to be taking care any longer of this app. So, I would like to know if the developers are working on an update or should I just toss it along with my money. What is happening right now is: Try to open it and crash immediately.

This app used to work fine, similar to the IOS this app app. Maybe upgrading my OS to 10.14 broke it? Now when I open the app, every (or very many) memo I've recorded starts playing all at once on top of each other. It's useless cacophony, making the app unusuable.
A lesson in simplicity..

Easy to use, quick and resonsive, set the memo in seconds, and done. Sometimes no fluff is a good thing.
