Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Just Paint"
The search will reveal the Just Paint app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Just Paint is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Just Paint.
Now enjoy Just Paint on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Just Paint,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Just Paint" » then Click "Install".
- Just Paint will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I hat this app I really hate it if I ask everybody and ask what they think about this app and if they say no I get a dollar if I do that I would be the richest person ever. If I asked them if they liked this app I would be poor as dirt!

Not really good when I put one of the fancy things it won't allow me it's. An error and it's horrible

It doesn't do anything all u can do is draw in straight lines!!! U can only do the special features once!! STUPID!!!!!! DO NOT GET IT!!!! It's NOT worth it!! U should get the app " doodle buddy" MUCH BETTER!!! I wouldn't give it one star but I have to!!!

Best paint app? More like worst paint app! Won't let me do random colors or the fancy stuff. Quit acting like a lame stupid person and make a real app stupid! Ps: I will tell everyone not to use this app because of its lameness!
